Journal / MERIDIAN

Pack less. Notice more.

The useful packing list starts with what your day will actually feel like.

Sunlight falling through a deep green forest

Start with layers that work together. A light base, a warm middle and a weather shell give you more options than one bulky jacket.

Keep the things you use often within reach: water, a small snack and a map. Repacking a bag at every stop takes attention away from the landscape.

Leave space for the return journey. A small notebook often becomes a better souvenir than another object.
